My stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers was quite pleasant overall. The proximity to the metro made it incredibly easy to explore the city. However, I faced some challenges with the parking situation, which could be quite chaotic at times. The amazing views from my room and the excellent breakfast definitely enhanced my experience. 🌟

Rooms

My room was spacious and offered amazing views of Prague. The bathroom was lovely, aligning with the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, always trying to ensure my needs were met. However, I did encounter some delays in reaching the front desk during peak times.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated next to the metro station, making it simple to access the city center. It's not directly in the heart of things, but it’s just a short ride away.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of delicious options. I loved the freshly made omelettes and decadent pastries available each morning. 🍽️

The wellness center, including the pool with lovely views, was a great relaxation spot. However, cleanliness around the pool could improve, which I found a bit concerning.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The location offered easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. However, the hotel itself was in need of re-innovation, particularly the rooms, which felt dated. The breakfast was abundant but lacked quality, especially the pastries and cooked items. Overall, while I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and the stunning views from the upper floors, there were definitely areas needing improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was old-fashioned and not very sound insulated, which made for less restful nights. It was clean, but definitely felt like stepping back into the '90s.
Service
9.0
The staff were kind and attentive, going out of their way to assist with my needs such as planning my daily itinerary and sourcing items I had forgotten to pack.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated next to the metro, allowing for quick access to the city center. While it's a bit away from the main attractions, I found the subway proximity to be a significant plus.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered a large selection, yet the quality of the food could use improvement, particularly for the cooked items. Some options were nice, but others came off as subpar.
Facilities
7.0
The top-floor pool had amazing views, and while the wellness area was lovely, it felt somewhat overcrowded during peak times.

7.0/10

My stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers was okay, but there were definitely some hiccups. While I loved the breakfast and the staff were friendly, I found the bathroom setup quite odd, and the room's decor felt a bit dated. Plus, waiting long for dinner at the hotel was not ideal. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated and basic. The half-glass wall in the shower was bizarre and posed a slipping hazard. I also had to wrestle with a flimsy trash can that tipped over way too easily.
Service
8.0
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially during our luggage issues. They really went out of their way to assist us, which made for a better experience despite the other drawbacks.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located right by the Vysehrad metro station, making it easy to hop into the city center in just a few minutes, but there's not much in the immediate area beyond the hotel.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic buffet and a wide range of options. However, my experience with the dinner was less pleasant since we had to wait a long time for a table and the food was just average.
Facilities
6.0
The pool had great views and was a nice spot to relax. However, the spa area felt a bit cramped and not very well maintained, which was disappointing.
